what to expect on your big day

I feel like wedding photos should look and feel unscripted

I want you to be 100% excited about the experience I bring to your engagement session, your wedding day, and every moment in between. Your photographer is one of the few vendors who spends the entire day by your side, so it’s so important that we’re the right fit.

Hint: If you love animals, snacks, and photos that feel natural and unscripted — we’re probably a perfect match.

Your engagement session is where it all begins. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, for you to get comfortable in front of my camera, and for me to capture your genuine connection. By the time your wedding day arrives, everything will flow naturally — I’ll blend in, keep things relaxed, and capture all those real, in-between moments that tell your love story.

Through music, laughter, and the joy of the day, I’ll document images that reflect who you are as individuals and as a couple. My goal is simple: for you to feel amazing — because you are. Every moment of your love story matters, and I want to help you remember it all.

With over 10 years of experience photographing weddings full time, I notice the little things — the details you’ve poured your heart into, the people who mean the most, and the fleeting moments that make your day unforgettable. If you spent time, effort, or money on it, I’ll make sure it’s beautifully documented.

From our first consultation to your engagement session and all the way through to your final gallery delivery, I’ll be there every step of the way — making sure your experience is effortless, genuine, and full of joy.

“Kelsey did my engagement/wedding photos and she was amazing! She was easy to talk to and responsive from the very beginning and is extremely fun and professional. She exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use her for all of my future photo needs.”

We can create something truly beautiful together.

If you’re dreaming of real, authentic moments — the laughter, the tears, the in-between glances — and want to walk away not only with stunning images but with a stress-free, genuine experience, then you’re in the right place.

Before we begin, I want to share a few things that matter deeply to me.
I believe in diversity, and that all love deserves to be celebrated. I will never turn anyone away based on size, color, background, beliefs, or budget. Love is love, and every story is worth documenting. Whether your wedding is an intimate ceremony in the park or a grand event at a luxury venue, it all holds the same meaning to me — two people choosing each other, wholeheartedly.

While I’ll absolutely capture those dreamy golden-hour snuggles and sunset kisses, I’ll also be watching for the quiet, powerful moments that often go unseen — the tears during a prayer circle, the hug that lingers just a little longer, the gentle squeeze of a hand.

Some of my favorite images are the ones you didn’t even realize I captured — the ones that tell your story honestly, beautifully, and without words. Because those are the moments that matter most.

live for the moments you can't put into words

Photographs are the one thing that let us hold onto time — they preserve moments we can never recreate. As the years pass, we look back at images in history books, old albums, or framed on our walls to remember the stories that made us who we are.

I often find myself looking through my parents’ photos, and no matter how many years have gone by, they still feel timeless — even my dad’s baby blue suit.

Photos have a way of bringing back every emotion from the moment they were taken. That’s what I want for my clients — to open their gallery and feel their day all over again. The tears from your first look, that slightly tipsy first kiss on the dance floor, your mom’s hand squeeze as the last button is fastened — those are the moments you’ll treasure forever.

That’s what I live for — capturing the feelings that time can’t take away.
