Meet Julep: The Sweetest Swedish Vallhund Puppy Newborn Session | Louisville Ky

There’s nothing quite like welcoming a new little life into your world—even when it comes with four paws and a wagging tail! Recently, I had the absolute joy of photographing Julep, a few-months-old Swedish Vallhund pup, in her very own newborn-style session, and I have to say—she stole the show in the cutest way possible.

With her fluffy little legs, alert ears, and signature Vallhund spunk, Julep made every frame look like it came straight from a storybook. We styled her session just like one of our traditional newborn shoots—complete with cozy wraps, soft blankets, and neutral tones to let her natural cuteness shine through. She was the perfect little model, snuggling up in the softest props and giving us the most precious expressions.

Swedish Vallhunds are known for being spirited, intelligent, and incredibly loyal, and Julep already radiates all of that and more. From her curious head tilts to the way she nuzzled into the blankets, every moment felt like magic.
